Day1: Kathmandu – 1300m altitude, Welcome and touchdown session (L, D)

Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport at Kathmandu and transfer to hotel by our representative. Welcome and touchdown session

Day 2: Full day Introduction to yoga and Meditation programme (B, L, D)

7.00 am to 7.30am:     yogic kriyas

7.30 am to 9.00 am:    Introductive yoga and relaxation class

9.00 am to 10.00 am: breakfast break

10.30 am to 11:30am: Introduction to Pranayama

12.00 pm to: 1.00pm  leisure time

1.00 pm to 2.00 pm:   lunch break

2.00 pm to 3.30 pm:   Introduction to meditation and Concentration

4.00 pm to 6.00 pm:   Self meditation class

Day 3: Full day yoga Rejuvenation programme (B, L, D)

7.00 am to 7.30am:     yogic kriyas

7.30 am to 8.30 am:    Astanga yoga

9.00 am to 10.00 am: breakfast brake

10.00 am to 1.00 pm:Leisure Time

1.00 pm to 2.00 pm:   lunch break

2.00 pm to 3.00 pm:   Pranayama

3.00 pm to 4.30 pm:   Leisure Time

4.30 pm to 6:00 pm:   Meditation

 

Day 4: Nature walk & Invigorating programme (B)

7.30 am to 8.30 am:    Hatha yoga and relaxation class

9.00 am to 10.00 am: breakfast break

10.00 am to 4.00 pm: Nature Walk around Shivapuri National Park & meditation

4.00 pm to 7.00 pm:   leisure time

Day 5: Kathmandu Sightseeing (B, L, D)

7.00 am to 7.30am:     yogic kriyas

7.30 am to 8.30 am:    General Yoga

9.00 am to 10.00 am: breakfast break

10.00 am to 4.00 pm: Sightseeing at UNESCO Heritage Sites

Sightseeing at Bouddhanath- World biggest stupa, one of the holiest Buddhist pilgrimage where all devout Buddhists come for a pilgrimage, Patan Durbar Square- which is a distinct place for arts and architecture that reflect on each temple, monument and palace building that were mostly built during the Malla period between 16th, 17th and 18th and Syayambhunath- A Monkey Temple from where you can see the magnificent views of Kathmandu Valley and tribute to Buddhism

Day 6: Full day yoga – meditation programme (B, L, D)

5:00 pm to 6:30 pm:   meditation class

7.00 am to 7.30am:     yogic kriyas

7.30 am to 8.30 am:    General Yoga

9.00 am to 10.00 am: breakfast break

10.00 am to 11:00am: Pranayama

11.00 am to 1.00 pm:  Leisure Time

1.00 pm to 2.00 pm:   lunch break

2.00 pm to 3.30 pm:   Leisure Time for wellness treatments

3.30 pm to 5.00 pm:   Taichi

5:00 pm to 6:30 pm:   R.P.O.L. Meditation class

Bonfire Dinner at the hotel ground till 10 pm

 

Day 7: Departure (B)

7.30 am to 8.30 am:    regular yoga and relaxation class

9.00 am to 10.00 am: breakfast break

10.00 am to 12.00 pm: Meditation, Question-answer session

12.00 pm: check out from the hotel and end of our services
